| 2428843 | Primary Facility | 2015-12-01 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department was onsite for the pre-construction meeting for the Travis Peak Resources, LLC Abplanalp Well Pad (ESX29-117-15-0024) located in Westfield Twp., Tioga Co on 12/1/2015 @1000 hours. Present were myself, Kevin Burbank and Pete VanGorden, Brubacher Energy Services; Jack Cochran, Travis Peak Resources, LLC; Mike Taylor, Well Versed Oilfield; and Cory Harris, TetraTech Engineering. The Abplanalp 2H well, API#37-117-21812, was issued 11/2/2015. Construction of the well pad is scheduled to begin imminently following the relocation of a Verizon utility line. The LOD of the access road was clearly marked in the field. Orange snow fence was used to clearly flag wetland areas along the access road. The conductor for the Abplanalp 2H well is not scheduled to be set until next spring, tentatively April. A pre-spud inspection will be scheduled at that time. This inspection meets the requirements PA Code 25 § 102.5 (e) |
