A review of the files also revealed that the operator has failed to file production report under 3222(a) and Mechanical Integrity report under 78.88(a)(e). I spoke with Harry Rhoades (814-474-1099) on 7/3/18 concerning the bond and the required reports. Files will be reviewed at a later date to see if the reports have been filed with the Department. |
