During the previous inspection I had contacted the operator and he had begun clean-up operations including removing contaminated soil and restoring the site Due to weather conditions I had been uable to get to the site to see if the cleaned up had been complketed.. Upon inspection I found that the contaminated soil had been removed and the area was seeded and mulched. This closes this complaint
