2783674 Primary Facility 2018-10-03 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well is currently being drilled. Drill cuttings are being directed to an un-lined pit. The pit appears to be draining water via a sub surface conduit. The water was not observed to have come out anywhere down slope. The operator was asked to monitor the area down slope. The operator stated that no more water would be added for dust control. The operator also stated that the pit would be partially back filled, plugging the hole where the water is migrating out, before a liner is added and the pit is fracked into.

The permit is clearly posted on a tree near the location.
