2819317 Primary Facility 2018-12-26 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 12/26/18 a restoration inspection of the Brunazzi-Sofran Site was conducted in response to an operator request for permit termination. The following was observed:

>>The site was well vegetated with no visible erosion or other violations.

>>No active unconventional wells or servicing equipment were present on site at the time of inspection, a nearby conventional well appeared to be functional and well maintained.

>>The accessory pad had been fully restored to pre construction conditions, the access road to the adjacent conventional well was intact.

>>Various agricultural equipment, materials, and a semi with trailer appeared to be in storage on the pad.
