2757062 Primary Facility 2018-07-27 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/27/2018 at approximately 1130, I conducted a routine site inspection of the A&D Ferguson well site located in Chartiers Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the access road entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared to be in good condition.

No violations were found during this inspection.
