2750041 Primary Facility 2018-06-27 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On June 27, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources, Harmon Creek A well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Adam Oftsun (DEP). The site is located in Smith Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection of the site, because the operator requested to terminate the ESCGP2 permit.

The Act 9 and well permit sign were legible and in good condition at the entrance to the access road.

The access road and well pad were stoned and in good condition.

The 3 retention basins (PCSMs) appeared to be constructed as permitted and functional. The site is stable with greater than 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. A small stone stockpile was on the northwest corner of the well pad. The operator will need to remove the stone pile unless it is needed for maintenance of the site.

3 wells have been drilled and are equipped for production on the well pad. The well heads were in good condition and labeled.

Given the current condition of the site at time of inspec
