2806074 Primary Facility 2018-11-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 11/21/2018 at approximately 0900, I conducted a routine inspection of the SGL 232 A well site located in Blaine Township, Washington County. I met with Angelo Albanese (Range Resources) to assess permit conditions relative to permit termination. The following was observed:
  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared to be in good condition. Wells on site were put into production prior to October 2016.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

Based on the inspection of the project area, it was determined that all requirements pertaining to permanent stabilization and permit termination had been attained.

No violations were found during this inspection.
