2583003 Primary Facility 2017-04-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On April 5, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources DMC East well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Derek Zofchak (Range). The site is located in East Finley and Buffalo Twps., Washington Co. The site inspection was a routine inspection during production of the wells, related to request by the operator to meet on site to discuss the installation of the Harris TWL.

The access road and well pad are in good condition.

The Act 9 and well permit signs are at the entrance to the site and are legible.

The site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

4 wells have been drilled on site to completion and are equipped for production.

2647909 Primary Facility 2017-10-02 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On October 2, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources DMC East well pad site. The site is located in East Finley and Buffalo Twps., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection of the site after the operator has restored the site.

The well pad and access road are in good condition. The well site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover. The operator has submitted the well site restoration report for the drilled wells on the site. The PCSM structures (wet ponds) have been installed and are stable.

4 wells have been drilled to completion and are equipped for production.

2665125 Primary Facility 2017-11-14 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On November 14, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources DMC East well site. Present at time of inspection was Denny Furmanek (Range). The site is located in East Finley/Buffalo Twps. Washington Co. The inspection was a restoration inspection related to a request by the operator to asses the condition of the site prior to submittal to terminate the ESCGP2 permit.

The well pad and access road are in good condition.

The operator has restored the well site to the the conditions in the approved restoration plan. The operator has constructed the PCSM structures which were functional at time of inspection. The site is stable with greater than 70% uniform perennial vegetation growth. Given the condition of the well site at time of inspection the Department recommends that the operator submit to terminate the ESCGP2 permit.

4 wells have been drilled to TD and completed on the well pad. The wells are equipped for production.

2856619 Primary Facility 2019-03-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well drilled and equipped for production. Well tag present. Well apparatus, brine tanks and gas production units appear to be in sound condition.
