2657571 Primary Facility 2017-11-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On November 6, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources Larry Smith well pad. Present at time of inspection was Gregg Buchereit (Drilling Consultant). The inspection was related a reported drill mud release by the operator to the well pad.

On 11/3/17 the operator notified the Department by phone that, at 2:00 PM 0.5 bbls of oil based mud was released to the graveled well pad and 5 bbls was released to the containment. A hole had developed in the vibrator hose on Pioneer 76's #2 mud pump. The impacted areas were remediated and the material placed into 2 rolloff boxes for disposal. Disposal documents will be provided to the Department when received by the operator.

4 wells have been drilled and completed on the well pad. The 1H, 2H,6H and 8H are equipped for production. The 3H, 4H, 5H, 7H, 12H and 13H have been drilled to TD and the drill rig is moving off site for completion operations to begin.
