2173556 Primary Facility 2013-06-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted on 6/7/13 with Bob Wrazen, URS and Dean Jameson, Hess of the Steinberg Pad. Inspection based on site visit to discuss pad reclamation requirements. Hess is expecting to pick a contractor to reclaim the pad within the next week. The Department will allow the access road to stay if the land owner so desires. An inspection of the existing silt sock revealed that new silt sock will need to be installed up gradient of the existing silt sock. Well has been plugged. Site is temporarily stabilized at this time.
2210490 Primary Facility 2013-09-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted on 9/23/13 with Vinny Troilo. Vegetative growth is at about 40% coverage. There are a couple of minor areas where vegetation was sparse. Vinny stated those areas are scheduled to be reseeded and mulched. Overall, the pad looked good. The stabilization of the cut slopes along the lower section of the access road are in need of additional stabilization. Went over possible options with Vinny in achieving stabilization. Please contact me when access road slope stabilization is complete.
2284949 Primary Facility 2014-07-02 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Inspection conducted of the Hess Steinberg 1V Well Pad Site covered under ESCGP-1 ESX10-127-0002. Inspection conducted on 7/2/14 with Robert Wrazen, URS and Dean Jamieson, Hess. Inspection is to confirm Hess’s assessment that the site meets the minimum requirements as defined in Chapter 102.22(C) for permanent stabilization which would thus fulfill the physical requirements necessary for the permits termination. The Department’s determination is that the site is in fact stabilized and meets the criteria necessary for the permit’s termination.
