Brine tank located onsite and cosmetically it had rust issues but otherwise appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the well site or access road. There was a 6 inch area below a two inch pipe coming off of the brine tank that showed evidence of a small drip of production fluids. Due to the well's location in a well traveled and highly populated area the Department recommends that the operator replace the brine tank and address the small drip issue. |
