A slight bubbling is occurring in the fluid in the well cellar. Due to the presence of bubbling, this inspection is being referred to DEP OGI for follow up. It appears that earth disturbance activity has taken place on site (photo #3). Site is not rocked or vegetated. Temporary BMP's are installed down-gradient of well pad and down-gradient of soil pile (photo #4) located on SE corner of well pad.
