2707095 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-15 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Site was very active when I arrived; company man Gibb Blevins was not at the site when I arrived. Frac was finished, and crews were setting up temporary separators and dehy units, as well as breaking down Baker tank containments. Many puddles were present on the pad surface, with conductance ranging from .56 to 1.3 mS/cm for the most part. Some small puddles (.5-2 gallons) were present near one of the Baker tank batteries that had slightly higher conductance (2-2.5 mS/cm); other puddles in the immediate area were in the range of .8-1.1 mS/cm. I was unable to access the center of the pad due to activity and truck traffic. |
