|  The said well was spudded on 12/05/2018 by Precision Rat Hole with a 30 diameter conductor borehole being drilled to 118 from ground level elevation. The rig inserted 118 of 24 diameter .375 wall 94.6 pound per foot weld connection casing. C&J cement the casing on this day using a 65 barrel slurry volume consisting of 305 sacks of class A cement with 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement weight was verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale and the cement yield was 1.2 by design. The cement was displaced with 57 barrels of fresh water with cement returns witnessed to surface at 36 barrels into displacement.

1554061892 2019-03-31 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 608 on location along with Wyoming Casing and Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,677 and inserted 1,471 of 13.375 diameter J-55 Grade Buttress Thread casing with a casing guide shoe and float collar ran along with centralizers on every 3rd casing joint. The casing was cemented by Schlumberger using a 306 barrel cement mix consisting of 1,320 sacks of class A cement with the cement weight verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale, the cement yield was 1.18. The cement was displaced with 220 barrels of fresh water to the casing float collar. 70 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface and final displacement pressure was 600 pounds pressure with the casing being pressure tested to 1,246 pounds pressure upon the landing of the plug.
