The well was not connected to anything. There was no visible flow line near the well location. The surface casing head was above the ground level. A two inch valve on the surface casing head was open. There was no identification posted at the well location. The tank battery for this well is unknown at this time. The company has not submitted production reports for this well for 2014. The company reported 0 production for this well from 2001-2012 and reported 801 MCF of gas and 24 barrels of brine of production in 2013. This well was incapable for production at the time of my inspection. REMEDIAL WORK REQUIRED: Establish identification at the well location, submit production records for 2014.
