| On the day of my inspection I found that Berry Well Service had rigged up and pulled the 5.5 casing from the well. They had 1.5 tubing ran to a depth of 2239'. Cemenco pumped cement plugs at the top of the Big Lime, through the Berea, at the base of the surface casing and the surface plug. Circulation was established and maintained through all stages of the plug job. Cement was circulated to surface on the last plug.

| I received a letter from The White Law Office on behalf of client Chip Bumpus requesting an inspection of a suspected idle well. On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit that was in a state of good repair. The lines were connected, the valves were open and there was oil/paraffin buildup on the stuffing box. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, a separator and an earthen dike. This well shares a tank battery with permit 4297. There was no identification posted at the well head or tank battery. I called John Mason (330-763-0436) to request that proper identification be posted at the well head and tank battery.
