| The producing unit is comprised of a two-tank battery (1  210 and 1 140-barrel) with mechanical separator and a wellhead with pump jack. The wellhead and tank battery are both enclosed in one 6-foot chain link fence.  The well is currently in production.  The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. The tank battery secondary containment is adequate.  I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. The is an apparent discarded portion of an old mechanical separator lying in the tank battery. There are also 2 55-gallon plastic chemical drums in the fence, outside of the secondary containment. I spoke with Adam Gibler about removing the drums and the old separator unit. He indicated that the items would be removed.
