0441969606 | 2016-11-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I isnpected this well locattion as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery, both located within the confines of the River Recycling facility, at the edge of the asphalt-paved parking area. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The tank lid was closed and secure. Secondary containment was intact and free from signs of spills or leakage. Load lines were plugged and secure. I noted the following: there was several discarded pieces of production equipment (separator vessel, metal stair unit) which should be removed. I contacted Larry Gibler with Duck Creek Energy and advised about the need for removal of discarded equipment. |
0910203873 | 2013-01-07 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The producing unit is comprised of a two-tank battery (1 210 and 1 140-barrel) with mechanical separator and a wellhead with pump jack. The wellhead and tank battery are both enclosed in one 6-foot chain link fence. The well is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. The tank battery secondary containment is adequate. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. The is an apparent discarded portion of an old mechanical separator lying in the tank battery. There are also 2 55-gallon plastic chemical drums in the fence, outside of the secondary containment. I spoke with Adam Gibler about removing the drums and the old separator unit. He indicated that the items would be removed. |
1642520235 | 2017-10-24 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on a parcel otherwise utilized for industrial use. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system which was in operation. Fittings and connections at the well were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The associated tank battery is located next to the entry gate, with the well adjacent. The fittings and connections were secure. The discarded equipment that I had observed during a previous inspection had been removed. The load-lines were plugged, locked and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. Signage was present. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of degradation or impact to the natural greenscape. |
