|  Inspected was conducted on this production well.  The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl. steel tank, 1-500 gal plastic tank, and 1-horizontal separator within an earthen dike.  The diked area is located within a locked metal fence.  The tank battery is used by multiple wells (3); identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it.  The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within an open metal fence.

| I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing due to the gauge being broken. There was no gauge installed on the casing so the pressure could not be determined either. No leaks were detected on the wellhead or on the piping around the wellhead. The area around the pump jack and wellhead was nicely maintained and was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate.  The tank battery contained one 210 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one 25 bbl. plastic brine storage tank with a missing lid, one horizontal oil and gas separator unit with a working gas sales chart recorder and one drip assembly. A residential type gas meter and regulator was plumbed into the piping on the separator unit. There was a rusty non working horizontal separator unit along with several lengths of rusty pipe laying on the ground inside of the tank battery. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no visible leaks were detected on the tanks or piping within the tank battery. The earthen dike was in good shape, but the area outside of the dike had an excessive amount of weed growth and clutter and debris laying on the ground. The tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate. A 16 ft x 16 ft. steel storage shed was located on the west side of the tank battery. The back wall of this storage shed was attached to the access gate and served as part of the fence.  It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for the Plata #1 well and the Plata #4 well.
