1334411759 2013-12-13 On the day of my inspection, I found the well to be in production, there was (15) five hundred barrel frac tanks setting inside temporary containment, there was (14) four hundred barrel production tanks setting inside steel sealed containment, the fresh water impoundment remains on location upon waiting for there next pad to be constructed and the wells to be drilled and completed.
1367752454 2013-05-04 On site to witness 13.375" casing run into well and cemented in place.

Driller drilled to 682' with 17.5" bit and they ran 681" of 13.375" casing and Universal Well Services cemented it in place with 608 sacks of Type 1 cement and they had 48 bbl of good cement returns, and casing weight was 54.5# per foot and they ran float shoe on bottom and float collar 1 joint up and they installed 9 centrilizers on string and driller circulated well bore prior to cementing casing in place.

1368559738 2013-05-14 On the day of my inspection I witnessed 48 barrel of cement returns on the second stage of the 9.625" casing.
1369242742 2013-05-22 On the day of my inspection I witnessed Universal Well Services rigging up there iron to the well head and cementing the 5.5" production string with 50 barrels of cement returns.
