0035134871 2018-07-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. A pressure gauge was present on the production tubing and the production casing. The 9.625-inch diameter intermediate and the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing was equipped with a pressure relief valve but did not have the pressure gauge to monitor annular pressures as stated in OAC 1501:9-1--barrel tanks.
0042063424 2016-03-22 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position and a gauge present read 365psi on the casing. Production equipment included a sand trap and a GP unit also present 6-400bbl brine tanks, 2-400bbl condensate tanks, an oil stabilizer unit, a vertical separator and a vapor recovery system all within containment and shared with the 1H, 3H, 4H and 5H. Identification was present and production records were current.
0155653919 2017-02-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position and a gauge present read 330 pounds per square inch on the casing. Production equipment included a sand trap and a GP unit with a 4 inch salesmeter with a 1.5 inch orifice and a chart recorder also present 8-400 barrel tanks, an oil stabilizer unit, a vertical separator and a vapor recovery system all within containment and shared with the 1H, 3H, 4H and 5H. Identification was present and production records were current.
