-1591927398 2014-08-25 Status check inspection of the completion process found that during the recent stimulation process a leak was discovered and repaired in the well head and a solid retrievable bridge plug was set in the 5.5 casing at a depth of 7,250' in the horizontal 20 degree curve section of the well bore and the well head consist pressure tested, directly following a attempt to recover the retrievable bridge plug was unsuccessful using the wireline services and coil tubing was brought in and ran in the hole with a fishing overshot and hydraulic jars being used to grab ahold of the lost tools but unsuccessful in recovering the lost tools, a service rig is to be mobilized and set up on the hole and the coil tubing shall be cut off and stick tubing ran in the hole in order to fish out the lost tools and plug.
-1698886033 2014-06-19 Status check inspection found Fortis well service on the hole pulling the work over string out of the hole after completing a toe sleeve clean out run, perforations were shot from 19,261 to 19,263' to allow the company to pump down the wireline tools to begin the simulation process in the next 72 hours.
-1864153381 2013-11-30 On 11/30/13 2,264' of 13.375 1st intermediate casing was ran and set in place and cemented to surface by Halliburton Cement services with 84 barrels of cement returns to surface.
-524608059 2014-02-14 Stopped by drill site to check for containment around dirty water tanks, all produced water is being stored within containment area.
1069132573 2014-02-03 Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 11,752' in the horizontal well bore section with a current azimuth of 332.06 degrees and inclination of 90 degrees.
1383339031 2013-11-01 The said well was spudded on 10/30/2013 with 100' of 26 conductor being set and cemented to surface.
1385337954 2013-11-24 On 11/24/13 Patterson Drilling rig 323 is now on the hole and 383' of 18.625 surface casing was set and cemented to surface by Halliburton Cementing services with 100% excess of class A cement ran and 53 barrels of cement returns to surface, No cement wiper plug was ran and the casing shall be pressure tested before drilling out from under the surface pipe. The cement water was tested with no chlorides showing above unacceptable levels. Due to cold weather conditions and the last joint having to circulated in the job took longer than anticipated.
1387275126 2013-12-16 Status check inspection on the 9.625 casing cement job, Halliburton was on site to cement the casing set at 7,336', A casing tally was received and reviewed along with the proposed cement job.
1631755422 2013-12-10 Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 6345' using a 12.250 drill bit with a projected well bore total depth for this intermediate well bore stage of 7337'. I was notified that the company was running back in the hole with the drill string after a bit change trip and was approximately 1000' off bottom and attempted to circulate the hole and a down hole restriction caused a overpressure surface condition allowing the discharge line to fail emitting a 2% brine mist, I spoke with my supervisor and due to this being a lit mist discharge only with no reported quantity we are not requiring and surface material to be removed, the company will test the affected area using a 3rd party contractor for unwanted excessive contamination of the affected area.
1788391357 2013-12-12 Patterson rig 332 was at depth of 7065 in 12.25 open hole. The rig is running motors off of Natural gas and have frozen off. Company is working on issue to get hole drilled and run 9.625casing.
23145392 2013-12-03 Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the current well bore drilling depth to be 2562' using a 12.250 directional hammer bit assembly with the company taking directional surveys every 120' and a current noted azimuth of 200.95 degrees and inclination of 1.82 degrees.
