The 2 stage relief tool was dropped and allowed to fall to the seat for a time frame of 30 minutes. Upon the opening of the tool relief ports the hole shall be circulated with KCL for 8 hours by the rig mud pumps allowing the bottom section cement to cure. The top section shall then be cemented. | ||||
