-782926415 2013-07-17 Inspection and status check of the drilling progress to witness the BOP test, The Blind and Pipe rams along with the Choke Manifold were tested to 5000 psi the annular side was tested to 2500 psi. Records were also received from the 9.625 upper casing upper section cement job, The company will test the casing integrity after drilling through the 2 stage tool and running the drill string to TD near the float collar to 2700 psi.
1059096311 2013-07-29 status check inspection on the progress on the running of the 5.5 production casing. The well bore Total drilled depth was 17,688' ant the current casing depth is 12,822'.
1371296683 2013-06-14 Witness cementing of casing string Express Energy Services drilled to 90' of 32" hole and ran 90' of new 26" casing and cemented it in place with 500 sacks cement with 45 bbl of good returns.

Note: Driller encountered water 8' below ground level and also they encountered extremely hard drilling@85' they called and we granted them modified setting depth of conductor pipe.

1372266443 2013-06-26 On 06/25 & 26 I witnessed the running and setting of 392' of 18.625 surface casing with 100% cement excess ran and 75 barrels of good cement returns to surface. The casing was pressure tested to 700 psi which was 500 over lift pressure with no recorded pressure loss. The mix water was tested and showed no chlorides prior to cementing. We had several job delays due to lightening.
1373074637 2013-07-05 Notification was received from the company man on site that they have lost the 12.250 cutting head off the hammer bit in the hole at 4300' and are plugging back to 3800' with a kick plug and will deviate around the lost cutting head.
