-1840693606 2012-09-04 Inspection revealed that drilling rig was stuck in hole and at present time they were planning on backing off drill string and then go back in hole with a set of hydraulic jars and overshot to try and retrieve lost tools.
-610231780 2012-09-23 On site to witness cementing of 9.625" casing hole was drilled to 6781' and 6553' of casing was run and Universal Well Services cemented it in place with 1225 sacks cement.

Identification is posted in accordance with 1501.9-9-05(A)10. The lease road is in good repair. Production records are current.
