Antero Resources was on location preforming maintenance on a gas production unit.

The tank battery consists of six 400 barrel tanks set in a plastic lined steel containment system. Also set in the same containment, are three production units. Mark West personnel are on site to run a pig through the pipe line.

0615091327 2017-01-05 Production Wells No Violations On the day of inspection accompanied by ODNR Senior Health Physicist Paul Carder, The well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position and a gauge present read 255 pounds per square inch on the casing. Production equipment included a sand trap, a line heater and a GP Unit with a 4 inch sales meter with a 1.5 inch orifice and chart recorder. Also present a vapor tower and 6-400 barrel tanks all within containment and a gas combustor all shared with the Guernsey Unit 1H and Guernsey Unit 2H. A fenced in water impoundment with life preservers is located south west of the well pad.

Construction equipment was parked on the east side of the pad.
0889975145 2019-01-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place on the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing and pressure was at 215 pounds per square inch. The 13.375-inch diameter casing was stubbed up to surface with a 2-inch diameter valve that was cracked at the time of my inspection. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 6- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and a combustor that was shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. There was a Mark West midstream valve site near located on the northwest corner of the pad. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.

Note: Trash and other debris needs to be picked up and placed in trash dumpster and also it was noted that on east side slope of pad is showing signs of possible slippage it will need to be repaired when weather conditions allow.
