1408305940 2014-08-17 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Sidewinder Drilling Rig #63 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 1320 feet. Kimzey Casing Services ran 1320 feet of 13.375 inch J-55 54.5#/ft. casing with the rig having to wash down the last joint of casing. Halliburton was on site and gained circulation with 150bbls of fresh water then pumped 50bbls of gel, 5bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 1160 sacks of Class A cement with a 15.6ppg density and a yield of 1.21. Displaced cement with 196.5bbls of fresh water. Good returns of 75bbls of cement, plug was landed at 600psi and pressured up to 1200psi for 5 minutes and the floats held. Cement stayed to surface.
