Work will resume on May 26, 2009. Site was in the process of drilling setting up. Water coming from pond near Kimball's property along Loretto Road. Piping and water trucks coming from Diehl #3 well site across road.
1803963 2009-06-08 No Violations Noted Well site has been restored. There are no signs of erosion and sedimentation on the access road and well site. Brine tank is in sound condition. Operator should continue to monitor the well site and access road until final restoration activities are complete.

The diversion ditch should be stabilized with erosion matting, rip-rap, or some other material to minimize erosion and sedimentation until the vegatation takes hold. Brine tank is in sound condition.
