1111593023 2005-03-21 Orphan No Violations Old Clinton well with 10 casing above ground. Casing is filled with dirt and has no leakage. Data base indicates well has been plugged. Recommend cutting off casing 30 below grade and capping during Berea well plugging.
1521221076 2018-03-15 Plug / Plug Back No Violations There is 10.75 inch casing in the well open at grade level. There is debris in the well bore and no leakage was observed. There is a 7 inch casing next to the 10.75 inch casing that is open. No material is visible in the 7 inch. The wellcard indicates the well was a dry Clinton hole and was plugged back to the Berea. The well looks to have been plugged out. No other plugging records are available. The 7 inch well may be a water well drilled to supply water for the drilling of the Clinton well. The top collar of the 10 inch casing was cut off and is laying next to the well.
