1363098048 2013-03-12 Final Restoration No Violations Well is reported plugged in 2002. The plug report completed by Harold Moravy was located on the server. No well found at the indicated well location. Casing was pulled during the plug job with exception of the conductor. I believe the well site to have been restored at the time it was plugged.
