1016484741 2019-04-05 Production Wells No Violations At the time of my inspection the well is equipped with a pump jack unite. The production valve was open at well. The tank battery consisted of on 210-barrel production tank, one 50-barrel production tank, mechanical separator with a heat treater, and one-meter run. Heat treater was approximately 45 feet from production tank. The load line to the tanks production valve was secured with a plug and lock. An earthen dike surrounded tank battery. Proper identification was posted at the tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition.
