1355172464 2012-12-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations While looking for a Historic well I came across this well which appears to have been plugged. Records verify the fact the well was plugged in 1961. They also verify an application to plug the #2 well on this lease was submitted. Thirteen inch conductor remain at surface not cut off roughly 2 feet above ground. There is clay inside the conductor roughly 20 feet down. There is also a 5x5 concrete pad poured around the conductor.
