Mr. Maxwell responded to a house fire approximetly 1 week ago. Mr. Maxwell reported the apparent cause of the fire was leaking natural gas in the home. The home was using natural gas from a natural gas well on the property. In attempting to locate a valve to turn off the natural gas that was feeding the house fire, they discovered two natural gas leaks. I responded on 2.28.19 and found two 2 inch diameter ball valves that were part of the natural gas gathering system to be leaking. A member of Keito Gas met me on site today and was able to repair a leaking valve. The second leaking valve will need replaced and I was told By Amtec Oil owner Mr. Andrew Ulrich this valve would be replaced on 3.4.19. The gatering line is fed by Keito Gas and Amtec oil gas. |
