1350490388 2012-10-17 Final Restoration No Violations Asked to check on status of restoration by Columbus. I was at the GPS location for this well and no sign of any well activity was noted. Near the site (39.32889 -81.93720) a clearing in the woods was found. The clearing has distinctly different ground cover than the surrounding area including many pioneer species of trees. There was also a small path being used as an ATV trail by the landowner heading away from the site leading off in the direction of the other two wells on the lease. No pits were found, no production equipment was noted at the site, and no well head was found. 4 pictures were taken at the RBDMS location of the well and pictures were taken of the supposed original well location.
