0086127454 2016-11-15 Orphan No Violations Orphan well status inspection: Upon inspection, it is observed that the status of the well has not changed since the last inspection. The well is idle, incapable of production, and is orphan. The 6.625 diameter casing is open to the air and an obstruction can be seen in the casing. Upon lowering a weighted measuring tape down the casing, it is observed that the well is bridged at 3 down. The well may have been plugged, though there are no records to verify that plugging occurred. The well is not leaking oil, gas, or brine at this time. New photos were taken.

0663928124 2013-03-18 Orphan No Violations My inspection today with Josh Garland to look at orphan wells to enter into the program. This well is setting in the center of a mound of dirt, a steel stake marking the open hole. The casing is ripped or rotted off at ground level and water is standing in the hole. The size of the casing is estimated at 5 5/8 - there may be more casing. Mr. Yanity believes this to be an open hole and says he has dropped a rock in it that falls for a long time. All these 3 Halbirt wells have been under water, due to the close proximity to the Hocking River. Well records show Henrie & Johnson drilled these wells and a courthouse search shows that to be after 1920 but before 1939. Wells are anticipated to be only 380 deep and shot in the Cow Run Sand. Pictures taken, SEM is 159.
