0001440309 2012-03-23 Administrative Inspection No Violations Spoke with Bob Lane this morning regarding their plans for the well. He let me know they just got the packer ready. They will be moving a rig onto the site as soon as possible.
0107909940 2012-02-28 Production Wells Violations Noted I met with Bob Lane of Bethel Oil & Gas to discuss issues with this well. The well was equipped with 5 1/2 casing which was open and had filled with fluid. The well had a 3/4 production string which was closed with a valve. The production string was leaking gas into the fluid filled 5 1/2 and was bubbling out of the well. An orange road cone had been fit snuggly down over the top of the 5 1/2 and the 3/4 was sticking out of the hole in the top of the cone. A small hole had blown out of the side of the cone which allowed me to see what was happening. The hole allowed gas and fluid to escape and a small area 2 x 2 area of ground around the well head was contaminated.
0696535082 2012-04-13 Production Wells No Violations 11 feet of 3/4 string replaced to stop leak. 3/4 had been run down inside 2 casing sometime in the past. The 3/4 and the 2 had corroded and was allowing gas to escape up inside the 5 1/2 casing . The 5 1/2 casing was removed down below the leaking 3/4 and the 3/4 was replaced. 16 feet of new 5 1/2 casing was welded onto the old string.
0790896982 2012-04-12 Production Wells No Violations Area around the well has been excavated. The well does not appear to be releasing any gas or brine. Roughly 5 feet of the 5 casing has been removed, the 3/4 is still in place.

1585308349 2020-3-26 0:00: PW No Violations 0.40
1718092696 2012-03-19 Production Wells No Violations The well head is still open and gassing.
1733765080 2018-02-07 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of this well revealed a modified piece of casing with two pieces of 1 inch pipe welded to a plate that was welded to the casing. There was newer fittings and valves on the 1 inch pipe. This well is not in production. Bob Lane explained that he was in the area drilling when an inspector asked him to take a look at the well because it was leaking. Bob excavated the location and fixed the well to prevent it from leaking and causing pollution.
2105468758 2014-11-14 Production Wells No Violations Asked to check on well status. 3 casing welded shut around 3/4 tubing. No lines, equipment, or identification.
