0025609194 2005-09-29 Production Wells No Violations Routine inspection revealed no violations at this time . GPS readings for the wellhead are N4040. 956 and W08107. 487. The GPS readings for the tank battery are N4040. 949 and W08107. 488 . Note: Common tank battery with permit number 1732 ( Camp Conestoga #4 well ) . The tank battery consists of four 210 BBL oil storage tanks and one buried cement brine storage tank .
0439667734 2018-12-11 Production Wells No Violations The well was equipped with a pumping unit which was operating at the time of inspection. No violations were observed at the time of inspection.
1101098484 2017-06-07 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. Oil stained soil with visible standing oil floating in standing water was located around the well head extending approximately 73 inches X 41 inches. Oil soak pads were also present. The tank battery is labeled as sharing production equipment with PN# 21732 and consists of three 210 bbl production tanks, two vertical separators, one meter run, and one underground cement brine vault Oil stained soil was present and extended from the brine vault to 210 bbl tank located on the west side of the tank battery. There was freshly excavated and oil-stained soil present on the outside edge of the tank battery. I contacted Danny Rennick from Enervest, to repair any leaks and remove the oil from around the well head removed and remediate soil inside the tank battery as soon as possible. I was informed by the operator tha the leak stemmed from the stuffing box on the pumping unit.

The production valves were in the open position. The tank battery shares production equipment with PN#21732 and consists of two 210 bbl production tanks, two meter runs with current 31-day charts, two vertical separators, and one unused underground cement brine vault. The load lines to the tanks production vales were equipped with locks and plugs. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. Identification was posted at the well and tank battery.
