0179777631 2009-06-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Back on site to witness the surface job. Tried to run casing again. Had the same problem that they did early this morning. They could only get 1 and half joints of casing into the well. They kept working the casing trying to get it past that point but the casing wouldnt go into the well. They decided that they were going to ream the hole to a depth of about 140 with a 14 3/4 bit and then go back into the well with the 11 bit to total depth. The toolpusher advised that he would call me when they got back on bottom. No violations at this time. Note: HB278 location.
0198780266 2009-06-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site to witness the surface job. Started into the well with the casing and it wouldnt go down the well bore. Tried to tong the casing and set the blocks on it and it still wouldnt go into the well. Tried to pump on the casing in an attempt to circulate the casing into the well. Found the casing was plugged so they decided to pull the casing. The toolpusher ( Gary Yarnell) advised that they were going to run the drill string back to bottom and circulate the hole for awhile. He advised that he would call me when they were ready to come back out of the hole. No violations at this time.
0254034233 2017-02-13 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of this well. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack and the production valves were in the open position at the time of inspection. The tank battery shares production equipment with PN# 22054 & 2032 and consists of two 210 bbl production tanks, one 50 bbl brine tank, one vertical separator, two drip bottles, and one meter run with a current chart. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and the load line to the tanks production valves were secured with locks and plugs. Proper identification was posted at the well and tank battery.
0415183918 2018-05-17 Production Wells No Violations The well was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of two 210 bbl production tanks, one 50 bbl brine tank, one vertical separator, and one meter run. Identifications for permit numbers (22048, 22054, 20232, 21983, and 22016) were posted on the production tanks. The load line to the tanks production valves were secured with plugs. Well ownership was recently transferred to William S Miller Inc. and updated identification was posted at the well and tank battery. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. The access road was stable.
