0152811702 2017-10-17 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of the well. Drilling operations were taking place on the Goebeler #8H well (34-019-22737-00-00). No changes have been made to the producing pad since my last inspection. The surface-intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi. No violations were noted at the time of inspection.

--around inspection of the pad and observed no violations at the time of inspection.

0386987488 2017-03-15 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The #3H well is in production and is equipped with an open flow assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of nine 400 bbl production tanks, three labeled as containing produced water, and six labelled as containing condensate. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

9- 400 bbl production tanks, three labelled as containing fresh water, and six labelled as containing condensate 3 producing wells 3 sand separators 3 gas processing units 1 vertical separator 1 vapor recovery unit Barriers are installed around the production equipment. The access road and man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The lease road was stable in in good repair.

0528899200 2017-10-11 Production Wells No Violations I performed a status check of the well. Sidewinder #62 was drilling the #11H well (PN#22742) at a depth of 9970. The surface-intermediate annular pressure gauge displayed a reading of zero psi, and the 9.625- 5.5 annular pressure gauge displayed a reading of 200 psi. The production equipment is surrounded by jersey barriers, and man trailers are located on the pad during drilling of the Goebeler B pad. No violations were noted at the time of inspection.
0647324756 2017-08-14 Production Wells No Violations

I conducted a status check of this well while visiting the Goebeler B pad, where Yost #8 drilling was moving on site. The well is in production, and no changes were made to the pad since my last inspection.

1118215268 2018-02-14 Production Wells No Violations I was on site while completion operations were in progress for the seven wells on the B pad. The production T had been removed from the well head, and 15k frac valves were installed on the well which was shut-in. The surface-intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi.
1125682526 2017-06-19 Production Wells No Violations I met on site with representatives of R.E Gas Development and DOGRM Engineers to discuss proposed construction plans to construct a pad adjacent to the Goebeler pad in order to drill seven proposed new wells. I conducted a status check of the pad while on location. The well is in production and no changes since my last inspection were encountered. No violations were noted at the time of inspection.
1221944565 2017-06-29 Production Wells No Violations I was on site with DOGRM Tom Hill and Terry Whitehair, along with R.E Gas Development personnel to conduct a pre-site for a proposed Goebeler B Pad. I performed a walk-around inspection while on site. Personnel were in the process of moving the location of the combustor unit in anticipation for the new B pad construction. I was unable to locate a clear surface-intermediate pressure gauge on the well. I spoke to R.E. Gas Development to install a gauge on the surface-intermediate annulus and labelled.
1457159746 2016-04-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Sidewinder Drilling Rig # 62 was drilling the lateral section of the hole at 11,606 KB. I reviewed the cellar, mud pumps, SOBM tanks and the perimeter of the pad and did not identify any violations.
1458647957 2016-03-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Sidewinder Drilling Rig # 63 waiting on repairs to the top drive after reaching a depth of 12,270 MD. I reviewed the solids handling area, cellar and SOBM circulating system and did not identify any violations.
1462980006 2016-03-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on the Goebeler # 3H to perform a status check during the drilling operations. Sidewinder Drilling Rig # 62 was drilling on synthetic oil based mud (SOBM) at 11,606 MD. I inspected the cellar, SOBM mud tanks and mud pump and the perimeter of the pad and did not find any violations during this inspection.

- had been removed, and the well was shut-in with a 15k frac valve. The surface--production annular gauge displayed a reading of 1945 psi. I contacted Eric Ross of Rex Energy to discuss the int--side pressures to review for any indication of communication.

--around inspection of the pad perimeter and erosional controls were in place and functioning. Production equipment consisted of the following: - 400 bbl production tanks, nine labeled as containing condensate, and nine as containing produced water

Three vapor recovery units Four oil stabilization units with towers and vertical separators Ten gas processing units with vertical separators Seven combustor units

I did not locate a surface-intermediate annular pressure gauge. I contacted operator who stated they in the process of acquiring gauges from the supplier and an annular gauge will be installed as soon as possible.
