0377201670 2017-09-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to check the drilling status of the pad. Sidewinder #62 was currently moving equipment on site and was anticipated to resume drilling operations this week. I performed a walk-around inspection of the site and no violations were noted at the time of inspection.
0392593472 2018-01-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I conducted a status check of the pad while the operator was in preparations to complete the well. Stacks were being set on the seven drilled wells while I was on site. I spoke to the consultant from Rex, who informed me that pressure testing for the well will take place during the weekend of 01/06/2018. I performed a walk-around inspection of the site and no violations were observed at the time of inspection
0661597071 2018-04-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I conducted a status check of the pad. Hydraulic fracturing operations on the pad were completed on 03/21/2018, and most equipment had been moved off site. Contractors were on site excavating and levelling the pad. Personnel were in the process of installing production equipment including oil stabilization units, producing tanks, and gas processing units, which are located on the north side of the A producing pad.
0723310881 2017-08-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site with DOGRM Steve Ochs. The Yost#8 rig was in the process of being moved on site to drill the surface and intermediate sections of the seven permitted wells on the Goebeler B pad. We had a pre-spud meeting with Aaron Wilhite, the Rex consultant on site. Talking points included casing points and notifications. No violations were noted while at the time of inspection.
0813291880 2017-09-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations
0919327443 2018-01-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to check the status of the pad. Schlumberger was on site running wireline logs, and a10k frac valve had been installed all seven wells. I spoke to the consultant on site, who anticipates completion activities to commence by the end of January.
1385770085 2017-08-09 Production Wells No Violations
1666068943 2018-01-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to pick up a copy of the bond logs ran on the seven Goebeler wells drilling during 2017. Rex was in the process of installing isolation valves on the stacks. I spoke to the company man who anticipated completion operations to commence during the week of 1/21/18. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and no violations were observed during the time of inspection.
1841980210 2018-06-30 Production Wells No Violations

-around inspection of the pad perimeter and erosional controls appeared functioning. Production equipment consisted of the following: - 400 bbl production tanks, nine labeled as containing condensate, and nine as containing produced water

Three vapor recovery units Four oil stabilization units with towers and vertical separators Ten gas processing units with vertical separators Seven combustor units

I did not locate a surface-intermediate annular pressure gauge. I contacted operator who stated they in the process of acquiring gauges from the supplier and an annular gauge will be installed as soon as possible.

1955812359 2018-02-14 Production Wells No Violations I was on site during completion operations. I performed a walk-around inspection of the site and no violations were observed at the time of inspection.
2029376199 2018-04-25 Completion Testing No Violations I was on site during flow back operations of the pad which started on 04/20/2018. Two stacks were actively flaring on the pad. I did not receive notification of flow back and subsequent flaring. I contacted Derek Smith of R.E. Gas Development and discussed notification requirements of flaring and informed the company that failure to do so in the future will result in enforcement action.
