The side gate valve lead to a flow gate valve that continued to a 100 bbl fiberglass storage tank. The tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The tank was located within a stable earthen dike that was free of fluid. Ownership needs updated in RBDMS. |

Identification at the well head indicated Lake Shore Gas Storage as the owner. A concrete vault perimeter was present around the well head. The 8.625 well head annulus was above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 3.5 injection casing was equipped with a master gate valve. The master valve was topped with a flow cross. The top of the cross contained an observation port. The sides of the cross contained wing valves. The East wing valve was plumbed to a storage tank and the West valve was connected to a 4.5 line. All valves were closed. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the storage tank. The tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
