RBDMS indicates the operator last reported production in 1993; of which the well had no reportable production. While conducting the inspection, I met the surface owner Mr. Charles Powell. Mr. Powell was not sure when the well was last operated. I located the well in a wooded area and only found 10 inch conductor pipe that appeared plugged. I placed a call to the company and discovered the phone number in RBDMS is no longer in service. I will investigate the current situation of the operator and continue to attempt making contact. |
