Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1494936402 2017-05-15 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0773. A review of RDBMS indicates the Owner was current with reporting production. Access to the well was through an agricultural field road that remained stable and drivable. The well was located in an agricultural field and was stable. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. No audible or visual leaks were observed. I did observe the stuffing box rubbers being pulled from the top of the head. A casing pressure gauge indicated 50 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 35 psi. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with well #2-0774. A horizontal separator was positioned outside of the earthen dike. The separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were observed. A current 31 day chart was in the meter house. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was constructed around one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. Correct and legible identification was posted on the tank body. The tank remained in good repair. No leaks were observed. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed to the vault. The hatch lid was closed. The concrete brine vault remained in good repair above grade. The vault was holding fluid with several inches of free board. I met lease operator Don Pahovey on location and communicated my observation of the stuffing box rubber to him. Mr. Pahovey stated that the rubbers were scheduled for replacement when the service rig was in the area. No violations were observed during this inspection.
