1079940617 2003-10-10 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-50 bbl salt water storage tank, 1- separator and a dike.
1501159481 2017-07-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1197. RBDMS indicated production reporting was current. The road, well and tank battery locations were stable. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. No leaks were detected. A casing pressure gauge indicated 90 psi. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment inside the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl steel brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. Some residual staining consistent with legacy operations was present on the ground union valve. The production tank remained in good repair with correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. Other ports were plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1582634514 2015-08-05 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank, a 50 bbl steel brine tank, and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a current 16-day chart showing production. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with electric pumpjack. The access road and site are stable.
