Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments

1601388084 2017-02-22 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1454. A review of RBDMS indicates the well owner is current with reporting production. The lease road leading to the well and tank battery is stable and in good repair. The well and tank battery are located in adjacent to an agricultural field and new housing development. Both locations are stable. The 8.625 well head is below grade. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves are in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were identified. A casing pressure gauge indicated 45 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 40 psi. An earthen dike that was stable was constructed around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl steel brine tank. The separator was in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. The meter house contained a current 30 day chart. Correct and legible identification was placed on the production tank stairs. No leaks were observed on the body or fittings of the tank. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. Minimum spacing requirements were met. The steel brine tank was in good repair. No leaks were observed. The inlet line from the production tank was placed into the top opening of the tank. The tank contained minimal fluid. No violations were observed during this inspection.
