| 0666830608 | 2018-08-08 | Orphan | No Violations | I met with City of East Liverpool Assistant Safety Director Rick Rudibaugh on location to follow-up on complaint # 5926. At the time of inspection, concrete jersey barriers were placed around the well to prevent impacts or collisions. No identification was present. The well was not registered with ODNR-DOGRM and did not have an API number. The well head was below grade. An adjacent riser was plumbed above grade and open to atmosphere. 6.75 casing was above grade and fitted with a 2.5 swage. The top of the swage contained a valve and flow tee. I did not attempt to determine if the valve was capable of opening or closing. No flow was observed from the well. Mr. Rudibaugh stated that no one could remember the well being operated. I will follow-up with an idle well report. |
