-85, CH4: 0.5-2.0, CO: 0-1, O2: 19.8. The hole is located at 40.87571, -80.75600 +/- 9ft. I spoke with Jeff from Columbia gas who had taken the samples and said they were waiting on results from a lab and should have them by 7/14 or 7/15. Columbia had a similar sample hole approximately 3 feet away to the east, and I only was able to get 5 LEL and nothing else. Gary said he would show me the lab results when Columbia gets them back. The nearest wells to the location are is 0.74 miles away.

1124282656 2015-07-16 Administrative Inspection No Violations I received an email from the village administrator of Leetonia Gary Phillips stating that Jim Rito of Columbia Gas stopped by his office and the gas signature detected on 7/13/2015 is their gas and they are working to locate the problem.
1460718878 2004-05-12 Production Wells No Violations A meeting betwnn TomTugend, Tom Hines, Wayne Schalk, Jonnie Patrick and Randy brown took place to discuss the status of the Berea wells on the Brown property. Mr. Brown claims to own the equipment but not the holes. It was agreed that Mr. Brown and the Division would try to find a bonded party to assume ownership and plug or produce the wells. Obtained GPS coordinates. The tank battery is shared with multiple wells and consists of 2-100 bbl, 1-30 bbl and 1-unknown size storage tanks. There is contamination around the tanks and to the north and west along the fence row. Approximate size of the area is 100 by 10. There is no bond, no insurance, no identification and no production statements filed. The well is idle. No enforcement action is to be taken at this time.
