| 1933871119 | 2017-08-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a 4 to 2 inch swage, into 1 inch steel line, through a gas regulator and back into the ground. The gauge on the swage showed 200 psi and the gauge after the regulator showed 20 psi. The valve was open from the regulator to the line entering the ground. There was no identification posted at the wellhead. I found no leaks around the wellhead. I could not find any tanks or production equipment associated with this well. The old road back to the well was overgrown and there were no indications of recent vehicle traffic. There are no annual production numbers in RBDMS after 1996. The well appears to be connected for house gas. I called Shawn Baldrich with Maram Energy to get some information on the well. He didnt answer so I left a message. I later called the office and spoke with company owner Mark Ramser, who said that they were aware of the situation. He alleged that the well was sold to the landowner in the 1990s and the paperwork was never done. Mark said that he was looking into it. |
