-533108922 2018-1-29 0:00: PW No Violations 0.80
0533108922 2018-01-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit that was in operation. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one 50 barrel steel tank in a shallow earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tanks.
