Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-465401793 2013-2-25 0:00: DD No Violations
-86340332 2013-2-25 0:00: DD No Violations
0086340332 2013-02-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Cemenco pumped 200 lbs of gel and cell-flake, followed by 35 sacks of class A 2% gel cement and 150 sacks of class A cement. Circulation was established during displacement with approximately 2 barrels of cement returns. The cement fell once pumping stopped. Wheeler Drilling will be required to cement the casing to surface before resuming drilling operations. Cemenco pressured up to 500 psi, shut in the cement head, held for 5 minutes and released. The pressure had fallen to approximately 460 psi, which meets the requirement of the casing test.
0465401793 2013-02-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Wheeler Drilling was running new 8.625 surface casing. They had drilled to a depth of 520 with an 11.75 bit. The permit was on display, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and there were no leaks or spills.
0681773372 2013-04-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had reached a total depth of 3202. The rig was conducting post-frac swabbing. The permit was on location, the pit liners were in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
1360597599 2013-02-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was rigging up. The drilling rig was on location; the shanty was not up; the pit was not dug. No drive pipe had been set and the well was not yet spudded.
1361376815 2013-02-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had set 33 feet of 13.375 drive pipe. They were drilling at a depth of 300 with an 11.25 bit. The pipe racks were loaded with new 8.625 casing. The permit was on location, there were no leaks or spills and the pit liner was in good shape. No violations at this time.
1364915751 2013-04-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was drilling at a depth of 2950 on a 6.5 bit. The permit was on display, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
1382288925 2013-02-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Wheeler Drilling mixed 1890 pounds of sack cement in a portable mixer and poured it down the backside of the 8.625: casing. The annulus filled to surface without complication. Wheeler Drilling was authorized to continue drilling operations.
1449001240 2013-03-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was drilling at a depth of 2650 on a 6.5 bit. The permit was on display, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
1481919294 2013-08-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the location was graded and planted with well established grassland vegetation. All drilling equipment and debris had been removed from the site. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit. There were no leaks or spills and there were no signs of erosion. This site passes preliminary restoration.
1591711222 2013-03-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was drilling at a depth of 1290 with a 6.5 bit. The permit was on display, there were no leaks or spills and the pit liner was in good shape.
